An absolutely perfect day for Field Target - 73 at start time and 81 by the time we finished with sunny skies the whole day. Ron won again, with Dale right behind him.  I was down one point for the first half of the match, then fell apart towards the end - I had forgotten that we sometimes have sunshine and neglected to bring some water; I won't make that mistake again. One of Dale and Rod's flying friends came out to try a few shots - thanks for coming, Eric - come back again sometime. Tom Weigenant came by to start setting up his new USFT, so we hope to see him at a match soon. Long-lost Dave Ahrenholz came by and almost got to shoot, but was called away for an emergency. Ron passed out some cool memorabilia after the match: glass steins from a previous State Championship up at Frostbite Ridge and some shirts from the early days of MAFTA. Thanks Ron!
